Excellent burgers and delicious lamb!

Hi Nicola, Thank you for supplying me with your wonderful organic beef burgers last year, I received nothing but approval from the festival revelers. I hope you can supply me again in 2008.

Have just eaten your superb rack of lamb (which I cooked to perfection!) and am inspired to serve it to my guests next Sunday. It was so easy and the meat melted in the mouth. Real food with a real taste. Thank you very much.

I was pleased to find a lovely turkey breast of manageable size for two for this Christmas - have yet to eat it, but I am sure it will be delicious. Also, if you are going to continue coming to Walthamstow High Street Sunday Farmers'' Market, put that on the website too.
